We sold a vacant Las Vegas residential property while living out of state, and Shane managed the sale beautifully, from start to finish, including an extensive pre-sale remodel of the home.  It’s nerve-racking to transact a property sale (and remodel) from a thousand miles away, but Shane helpfully handled every aspect expertly, putting us at ease throughout the process.  He went above and beyond by stepping in to supervise the remodel, his communication with us was fast and thorough, he priced the home perfectly (maximizing our value), and he very wisely advised us on which offers were strongest.
